Details for "Backcountry Skiing Pacific Northwest"
Backcountry skiing means first learning to be a competent winter camper. Our classroom? Untracked powder of the Pacific Northwest. We’re looking for the best snow we can find in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. We’ll let the conditions dictate the specific site, so you can rest assured that the wonderful white stuff will be deep, and the tracks will be yours to make. On this 7-day Wilderness Steward Program (WSP) we’ll use the WEA curriculum to learn the skills needed to set us up for comfortable living in our newfound winter wonderland and foster a joy of skiing sure to last a lifetime.
