Event Notes:

These days, we have become reliant on technology for many things.  There are many great tools out there for use in the backcountry or during a survival episode, but what do you do if these tools are lost or fail?

During this 1 day (8 hr) workshop, you will explore techniques used to meet basic survival needs with limited/primitive means.

Skills that may be explored include: primitive fire building, flint -napping, celestial navigation, signaling for rescue, natural shelter construction etc.  Lunch will be included by way of a primitive cooking demonstration.
