If you need to cancel your conference registration, please contact the WEA National Office. All conference registrations including pre-conference workshop registrations are subject to the following cancelation policy:
Prior to December 18, 2010 - Eighty percent refund
Between December 19-January 19, 2011 - Fifty percent refund
After January 20, 2011 - No refund.
Q: Can I transfer my registration to another person if I can't make it?
A: Yes! Professionals registrations may be transferred to another professional or a student. Student registrations may only be transferred to another student. Memberships will not be transferred (If you register as a member and transfer to a non-member they will need to become a member or pay the difference for non-member registration). Registration transfers must be submitted to the National Office via email no later than January 31, 2011 by the person who is forfeiting their registration. Transfer notification must contain the full name and contact information of the person who cannot attend as well as the full contact information of the person attending in their place (name, email, phone, address). The WEA National Office will confirm any transfers before implementing.
WEA is not liable for refunds due to weather or transportation related causes. Pre-conference workshop cancellations due to low enrollment will be given the option of full refunds or transfers to another workshop.
